Description

Dry sparkling white wine, Seyval Blanc and Pinot Noir blend from Sutton Ridge, Somerset, England. 11.0% ABV. Suitable for Vegans.

The wine is produced from a small, but beautifully ripe harvest of Pinot Noir grapes. The wine then spent 2 years on its lees before being riddled and disgorged ready for release. The nose and palate shout fresh green apples with great character and length. Just 500 bottles were produced and 20% were sold on release!
