The white and red within the case are “natural wines” which means the wine ferments naturally without the addition of yeasts, sulphur or any other additions and bottled unfiltered and unfined.

2 x Solara, Orange Viile Timisului 12.5% ABV – 75cl

A blend of Feteasca Alba and Sauvignon Blanc makes a refreshing white wine, with the complexity of red wine. This orange wine is made by leaving the grape skins and seeds in contact with the pressed juice, creating a deep orange-hued finish. The wine ferments naturally without the addition of yeasts, sulphur or any other additions. The different varieties are then blended and before a natural cold stabilisation, and bottled unfiltered and unfined.

2 x Solara, Rose, Viile Timisului 12% ABV – 75cl

A blend of well known Merlot and the indigenous grape Feteasca Neagra, no oak is used here so you get the vibrant fresh fruit of the grapes. Strawberry and red fruits, crisp fresh and fruity, with notes of raspberry on the palate.

2 x Solara, Natural Red, Panclu 13.5 ABV – 75cl

This natural wine is chockablock packed full of bramble fruit notes with raspberry and blackberry dominating the aroma, smooth and juicy with complex notes of blueberry and moderate acidity and smooth tannins on the finish. The wine ferments naturally without the addition of yeasts, sulphur or any other additions and bottled unfiltered and unfined.
