Daryl Cornelius from Lending services www.lendingservices.co.uk and Keith Heffernan www.lightsidefinancial.com joined forces with The Wine Tasting Co to hold a network wine tasting event at The Riverside Inn, Cheddar.

The event started early evening so that people could attend straight from work, where they were greeted with a glass of Prosecco, once all the guests arrived they took their seats and Daryl welcomed everyone.

The tasting of the wine began!

 Starting with facts on how to taste wine which gave the basic skills to help people identify the blind wine challenge that was set for fun later in the evening. The lucky winner ( Chris Wade from Bam Ritchies) receiving a bottle of Classico Chianti to enjoy.

The first wine was tutored informing guests on what to look for in a wine, there was plenty of time for people to ask questions whilst they continued tasting a range of white and red wines. A selection of cheese and pate was laid on by the Riverside Inn which was enjoyed by all. Guests had time to sip, taste, nibble and network in a relaxed informal environment.

Keith bought the evening to a close after some 2 hours of tasting and thanked everyone for attending. Some guests stayed on and made use of the Riverside Inn.
