I spent a great day out in the Oatley vineyard on Monday pruning and meeting visitors.

It was a great day to be out in the sunshine and I met some lovely people.

I was mainly out in the vineyard whilst Iain and Jane were busy chatting with visitors, showing them the vineyard and of course sampling the wine!

Half way through the day we had time for a spot of lunch sat amongst the vines it really was a great way to spend a sunny bank holiday Monday. More people arrived so back to work.

The afternoon was buzzing with non stop visitors, it really was a productive day.

The picture shows the vines I was working on which is the Madeline Angevine which makes the wine Janes which I think is the perfect English country garden wine.
