How it works:
The following six white wines and six red wines are selected by us for you to sit back and enjoy with friends and food. The 13th wine is selected by you from the list below giving you an extra bottle making a bakers dozen.
Cape Marlin Chenin Blanc, South Africa
Fragrant and aromatic with tangerine, yellow plums and nectarine. Fruit forward and juicy with well balanced acidity. Great with friends and light dishes!
Michel Leon Pinot Blanc, Alsace
A really clean and vibrant style of wine. Fresh apples and pears with touches of melon. Great to be enjoyed on its on, but equally lovely with salads and fish.
Tananga Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand
Pure, flavourful and intense with aromas and flavours of passion fruit and grass. This is well structured with integrated acidity and a nice rounded palate.
Colori d’Italia Malvasia, Italy
Tasting malvasia is a treat not to be missed with a lovely fragrance exotic fruits and tangy citrus burst. This is a crisp dry white wine that is fresh and well balanced.
Parlez Vous Picpoul de Pinet, France
Love this wine, perfect for summer sipping! Vibrant and fresh with lemon citrus fruits, with a zingy finish. Great match to seafood and of course friends!
Escapada Rose, Portugal
A blend of camarate and cabernet sauvignon giving lots of juicy red berry fruit. Strawberries and floral notes.
Neptune Point Pinot Noir, New Zealand
Light bodied Pinot Noir with soft bramble fruit and black cherry notes. A touch of spice and soft tannins.
Old Station Shiraz, Australia
A lovely deep rich smooth shiraz that is ideal for relaxing in the garden. Blueberry and blackberry fruit with licorice and black pepper sprinkled on top! – Big and rich!
Senorial Tinto, Rioja Spain
A lighter bodied style of Rioja which is perfect for this time of year! Baked raspberry and strawberry fruits with a touch of spice and black cherry. This is juicy and easy drinking with quite firm tannins on the finish.
Colori d’Italia Sangiovese, Puglia Italy
Soft pressing of the berries and aged in stainless steel allows the really juicy fruit of the grape to come through. Beautiful intense colour with rich rip fruit, soft tannins. Great with grilled meats.
Chateau Lavison, Bordeaux France
Red berry fruits such as raspberry and cranberry with a sprinkling of white pepper. There are some fine, elegant tannins on the finish. A perfect match with roast lamb.
Tinamou Carmenere, Chile
Notes of black cherry, blackcurrant and black pepper on the nose leads to an elegant palate with integrated tannins and a fresh fruit finish. Enjoy with chargrilled red meats or roasts.
