Sparkling Fizz!

Modella Prosecco, Italy

Grapes are picked early morning to ensure a fresh crisp delicate Prosecco. Delicious apples, citrus fruit with beautiful soft bubbles. Great way to start Christmas morning and parties!

Vilarnau Brut Rosado, Spain

Made with pinot noir and aged for 18 months. Vibrant ripe red fruit, strawberries and raspberries with lovely freshness.

White Wine

Gavi Ca’Bianca, Italy

A dry and rich mineral fresh wine with zingy acidity. Lots of citrus, lemons and apples with complex floral aromas. A tasty long finish that matches great with seafoods.

Domaine Patrick Vauvy Sauvignon Touraine, France

Fourth generation and dynamic producer Patrick produces a very morish Sauvignon Blanc. Rich and dry aromatic wine, lovely apple and stone fruits with a tangy fresh finish. Ideal match with goats cheese and fish.

Pasqua Passimento Blanc, Italy

The white grape gargaenga are left to dry to concentrate sugars and aromas. Intense citrus fruit, peaches and a touch of almonds. Fresh well balanced with a lingering finish. Highley recommend white wine to go with turkey and white meat.

Red Wines

Alto de Mayo Malbec, Argentina

Rich fruit malbec with plums, black cherries and a touch of spice. Smooth tannins and a lovely finish. Perfect for friends popping in for a festive drink.

Tinamou Pinot Noir, Chile

Crunchy red fruit, pepper and smoke with raspberries, cherry and some herbal notes with a smooth finish and lovely fresh acidity. Great with game, charcuterie and of course Turkey.

Pasqua Passimento Rosso, Italy

Vibrant with spice, vanilla and rich black cherries and an elegant wine with long length. Chosen as fuller bodied red to go with turkey and also great with beef.

Vinateros Crianza Rioja

Aged in American oak this Rioja is full of rich dark fruits with hints of smoke. A well rounded wine with structure and a smooth lingering finish. Relax with a glass or enjoy with food.

Irene Morales Grand Reserve Carmenere and Cabernet Sauvignon, Chile

A blend of two grapes, the lesser well known grape Carmenere with the popular Cabernet Sauvignon Elegant with notes of blueberry, black pepper and some blackcurrant leaf. A serious wine that would work well with steak and other red meat based dishes.

Sweet Wine

Chevalier du Pastel Sauternes, France

Beautifully classic aromas of exotic fruit, tangerines, honey and yellow plums. This is sweet yet well-balanced by citrus acidity and will work perfectly with many puddings, especially crème brûlée.

Port

Grahams Six Grapes, Portugal

The six grapes shows the six bunches of grapes that shows quality on Grahams Port in the casks. Big hearted wine that is full bodied with rich black fruits and
